I have been using this for a few years now due to my sleep problems. I take a few drops every night and sleep so much better. I also note a general improvement in my mood. As a person who suffers from chronic pain I was informed that CBD would be beneficial. I tried many different brands over the past couple of years and spent a small fortune. I bought this product for pain, anxiety and trouble sleeping. It is helping with the pain at night slightly, but even a slight improvement is good. Maybe need to use it a few more weeks to feel the benefit.
Thank you for your great review and we are very happy our CBD is helping you. You can raise the dose if needed. 10mg a day is a starting recommendation but you can raise each week until you have the desired effect. There is 8mg per drop in the 2000mg Premium Oil you purchased. You can use up to 70-80mg per day as the FSA guide but it is always best to raise weekly as you may need less than 70mg per day for desired effect.
